During this workshop we will explore the challenges and opportunities presented by senior leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to make meaning from their own context as they consider their next steps on their leadership journey.
Participants will learn about the importance of establishing and communicating a vision when bringing a school community together. You will deepen your understanding of both leadership and management and the interface between the two. We will consider the key differences between middle and senior leadership and how best to navigate this, working alongside colleagues to bring out the best in them.
We will look at the tools and techniques necessary when strategically planning ahead and using data to help inform their decision making and making best use of their time and energy when focussing on high leverage decision making.
Participants will have the opportunity to consider and reflect upon their next steps of their leadership journey and leave the course confident and inspired, ready for action.
